We're trying to take what we do to the next level. The Suncoast Developers Guild team is aware that there are still gaps in the workforce which leaves a huge demand for web developers. Another area of concern is the fact that this high demand allows developers with room to choose where they want to work. Sometimes they're unhappy with a company or are offered more to work somewhere else, so it's common for them to they bounce around to different jobs. We want to help companies retain their developers long term. When a company invests in its team, the employees tend to stay with them longer.
